Can I pay for Contractor Pro today?
Not yet. Paid plans and token packs open soon. Every account starts on Free, and once billing opens you upgrade from the Subscription screen in the RoofCalc app, with payment handled by Stripe. Until then nothing is charged and no card is asked for.
What counts as a measurement?
One credit is used each time RoofCalc measures a roof and saves the result to your account. A lookup that fails, or an address where no data source finds a building, does not use a credit.
What does the Free plan include?
2 measurements when you sign up, measured from OpenStreetMap building footprints, with a confidence score and the data source on every result. The plan is meant to refill every 2 months, but that refill is not switched on yet, so today the 2 measurements are a one-time allowance.
What changes on a paid plan?
Paid plans try Google Solar roof data first, which includes the pitch of each roof section, and fall back to OpenStreetMap when Solar has no data for the address. Solar results from leaf-on (summer) imagery are skipped in favour of the fallback. Contractor Pro includes 100 measurements per month.
What happens to unused measurements when a plan renews?
At each renewal your balance is set to the plan's allowance, or left as it is if it is already higher. A renewal never lowers your balance, and it does not add the allowance on top of what is left.
How do token packs work?
A token pack is a one-time purchase that adds measurement credits to your balance: 10 credits for $10, or 20 credits for $20. Pack credits have no expiry date. They share one balance with your plan, so on a paid plan they are most useful when you run out before renewal. On an account without an active paid plan, measurements use OpenStreetMap data, the same as Free.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Once billing is open you manage or cancel your subscription in Stripe's billing portal, opened from the app. When a subscription ends, the account goes back to the Free data source and keeps any credits left on it.
What does Enterprise add today?
Enterprise is for teams: workspaces, seats, per-user allowances, admin controls, white-label reports and integrations. None of those are built yet, and they are marked Coming soon on this page. Today an Enterprise account measures the same way as Contractor Pro, with 100 measurements per month on the account. For one person, Contractor Pro gives the same allowance for less.
