Homeowner portal: roof health, maintenance, weather alerts

Not built yet. This page says what is planned and what exists in the code today.

What it will do

A home for the roof: a health score, a seasonal maintenance checklist and local weather alerts.

Roof-health and maintenance data models and API routes exist.

The portal screens show sample data and weather alerts have no data source yet.

Checked against the code on September 23, 2026.
